Each room is connected to high-speed cable wireless internet and includes a wall mounted TV with remote control and personal safes. Houses are fully furnished including washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and other extras. Bus stops are very close, making it easy to get to the Griffith University, shopping centres, Southport or Helensvale Railway station.

Rent is from $140.00 per week, and includes electricity, internet, water, etc.  There are no hidden fees.
