A bus stop is just across the road, with a bus to the Griffith University every half hour. Another bus stop across the road takes you to Westfield Shopping Centre or Helensvale Railway station (12 minutes). Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a post office are only minutes away. There is also a fully maintained swimming pool. There is also a small supermarket just 300 metres from the house.
